Products and compatibility

We sell showerheads, shower filters, water filters, replacement cartridges and bathroom accessories. Review the selected variant, dimensions, connection type, intended use and package contents before ordering. A replacement cartridge is compatible only with the models or fittings described in its listing. Accessories shown in lifestyle imagery are not included unless listed in the package contents. Product colors may vary slightly between screens.

Installation, maintenance and filter information

Follow the instructions supplied with your product, including permitted water temperatures, pressure limits and cartridge replacement guidance. Obtain qualified installation assistance when needed. Check connections for leaks before and after use, and stop using a damaged product.

Filtration performance depends on the specific product, filter media, water conditions, flow rate, use and maintenance. Only performance claims and certifications explicitly supported for the particular model apply. Shower filters are not drinking-water purifiers and should not be relied on to make unsafe water safe. Our products are not medical treatments; lifestyle and skin or hair care information is general information, not a promise to treat or prevent a health condition.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Review the selected product, price, currency and order total before paying. Applicable taxes and charges collected by us are displayed at checkout. If an item cannot be supplied, or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve the issue or refund the unfulfilled purchase. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and cancellation

Read our Shipping Policy for dispatch, transit and customs information and our Return and Refund Policy for our store-wide 30-day returns, eligibility conditions, free return shipping, damaged or defective orders and statutory cancellation rights. To request a cancellation or address change before dispatch, contact us promptly. Once an order is dispatched, we may be unable to intercept it; your applicable legal cancellation rights remain unchanged.

Website use and content

Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement or interference with its operation. Website content is owned by Pure Flow Bath or its licensors and may not be used commercially without permission or another lawful basis. If you submit a review, it should reflect your genuine experience and must not include another person's confidential information.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Shopify provides the store platform. Payment, delivery and other services may be provided by third parties, but this does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

Your legal rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, legal guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The laws that mandatorily protect you in your place of residence continue to apply. Updates to these terms take effect when posted for future use and purchases and do not retrospectively reduce rights arising from an existing order.
