Shipping Policy
Every order is packed and shipped from the same place we design it. Here's exactly what to expect, start to finish.
Processing time
Orders ship within 72 hours (3 business days) of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or high-volume periods like holidays.
Shipping cost
We currently offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 72 hours of placing your order, contact us at support@jadeloom.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if it's been significantly delayed, contact us at support@jadeloom.com and we'll help track it down.
