How Long Does Delivery Take?

Every PureFlow order goes through two phases โ€” processing and shipping. Here's exactly what to expect:

Your order is picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email.

This is the typical window from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Available on every US order, every time. No minimum order required. No promo codes needed. Delivered in 3โ€“7 business days after your order is processed.

We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii.

Tracking Your Order

You'll never be left wondering where your order is.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days โ€” Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will always receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately at support@pureflowbath.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make changes. Once shipped, we cannot modify the order.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and US territories.

International shipping may be introduced in the future. If you're outside the US and interested in PureFlow, email us at support@pureflowbath.com โ€” we'd love to hear from you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your order date, contact us immediately.

Email support@pureflowbath.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue โ€” either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund, at no cost to you.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
