Free worldwide shipping

Pure Flow Bath offers free standard worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout. If a destination cannot be served, we will contact you and refund any unfulfilled order.

Processing and transit time

Dispatch: within 72 hours after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Estimated transit: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Transit time is additional to processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs processing, carrier disruptions and remote locations can cause delays. We will contact you if we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, explain the revised estimate and offer cancellation and a refund for the unshipped order.

Fulfillment and tracking

Orders may be dispatched directly by our fulfillment partners from overseas locations. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. We will send shipping confirmation and available tracking information when your order is dispatched. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Taxes and customs

Free shipping covers standard delivery charges. Applicable taxes and any duties collected by us are shown at checkout. Depending on your destination, customs authorities may assess import duties or taxes that are not collected at checkout; these may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law.

Address changes, delays and damaged parcels

Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact contact@pureflowbath.com promptly to request a correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If your package is delayed, missing, damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution. See our Return and Refund Policy for our store-wide 30-day returns and damaged or defective orders. Change-of-mind returns require unused items and unopened filters; Pure Flow Bath provides free return shipping and a prepaid return label.
